Grey Owl Paddles

This performance, 20 oz, laminated wood racing paddle is an excellent choice for intermediate to high level athletes.  The Grey Owl HP paddle is only 10% heavier than its carbon cousin but offers gentle flexion at the catch with a strong reactive response through the back end of the stroke that may suit some paddlers that do not need or want the excessive stiffness of a composite paddle. We'll size it for you anywhere from 44" to 51" in 1/2" increments.  The laminated ash-basswood, oval grip shaft is super strong, light and stiff.  The blade is composed of a 7-ply basswood-ash laminate with a durable epoxy tip.  IDBF 202a approved.

This entry level, 23oz, laminated wood paddle is a great option for new and established clubs to offer to their new members and as a loaner paddle to offer to transitional paddlers.
