Lake Crabtree Festival Practice Sessions

If your team has been directed to the Lake Crabtree location for their Asia Fest practices – or is seeking additional practices in addition to the two practices offered as part of your Asia Fest dragon boat team entry, you can administrate your team rosters for those sessions by registering here. Note that the two sessions included in your festival entry fee do not require you to pay a fee… but you must still register your team a second time here. Click on REGISTER FOR THIS RACE, select the team, and complete the practice roster including the step to send each member the sign waiver request. This step is required because the Lake Crabtree club is a separate entity from the festival, therefore a different waiver with additional releasees must be signed by each of your team members.

STEP 1: The Lake Crabtree Dragon Boat Club is a separate entity from the festival. This means that you must register your team for this practice event opportunity in the same manner that you registered for the actual festival. Once logged into the Pan Am registration platform, select and register for the event called “Lake Crabtree Festival Practice Session” and populate the roster of your club/team members that will attend the session(s) at that location. Send each roster member their invite and waiver to sign.
STEP 2: Prior to participating in your first practice at Lake Crabtree, log back in to the Pan Am registration portal and ensure that all waivers related to your Lake Crabtree practice session have been signed.
STEP 3: All participants arrive at Lake Crabtree at least 20 minutes prior to your session start time. Enjoy!
